Daily Duties at Packaging Concepts Ltd.:

• Work directly with Project Management and other integral departments to synchronize on customer sales orders from creation through shipment on fixtures and displays ensuring all customer supplied materials are received, processed and applied in a timely manner. • Confer with Production Manager and line production personnel on customer sales orders for timely completion • Create and process work orders for fixtures and displays providing detail to Purchasing on product purchases from local and foreign vendors • Communicate to all departments and customers on all phases of customer relations in processing of Salesman’s Samples and Trade Show shipments • Maintain RA file and work with Shipping and Logistics Department personnel on Return Authorizations, redirections and re-consignment of shipments • Customer file creation and maintenance • Orchestrate shipment arrangements with Logistics and local freight carriers to arrange waiting customer orders for shipment • Work with Accounting to ensure proper billing and costing on customer orders • Coordinate efforts with Accounting on billing and costing from foreign vendor orders • Discuss and direct shipments with Replacement Parts Division • Track all shipments and provide Proof of Delivery to customers on all shipments • Coordinate with Salespersons and Project Managers on all sales and work orders and customer product issues
