• A leader in the staffing and HR industry globally, was hired to design, develop and implement a National Key Account Management strategy for the non-executive side of the business throughout Australasia. • Created a Best Practices manual and designed and delivered internal training and education. • Carved out a National Account Management organizational structure and implemented account teams. • Built the P&L, and ultimately rolled out the final strategy nationally throughout Australasia. • Served on an Executive Committee to create a new Call Center division of TMP • Served on an Executive Committee to restructure TMP Australasia from a P&L/Business Unit structure into a matrix organization. • Responsible for the management of 12 staff including Business Developers, Account Managers, Project Management Staff, and Implementation & Support Managers.
