• Responsible for sales as well as branch operations for two offices of Tandem, a light industrial temporary staffing company. • Managed 5 – 7 Recruiters/Coordinators and Administrative staff. • Revamped Tandem’s pricing structure and business practices in order to realize a breakeven point and ultimately become profitable following years of mismanaged business. • Charged with developing a short- and long-term business plan to turn the business around. • Six months into the plan, Outsource International made a business decision to exit the Milwaukee marketplace closing 22 offices nationally.
