Daily Duties at Ge Healthcare/H Rfirst:
• Responsible for full life-cycle corporate and field recruiting as well as providing HR generalist duties for the North American DI (Diagnostic Imaging) Sales; Services Sales; Marketing; Enterprise, & Quality sectors of GE Healthcare. • Ability to deliver high-volume, superior results in a demanding work environment, managing up to 100 job requisitions delivering top talent professionals into GE Healthcare. • Responsible for detailed metrics reporting; training and mentoring new recruiters; and workload management of the Sales/Marketing team consisting of 6 recruiters. • Participated in LEAN/Six process map workouts and various Kaizen initiatives
