Daily Duties at Suttons International:
• Provide arrival information to importers in timely fashion • Create 75-100 files per month • Track and trace tank containers from Europe and far east • Communicate with customs brokers, steamship lines, truckers ,rail • Schedule deliveries to plant • Prepare hazardous paper work which allows truckers to deliver • Pay invoices • Check billing from vendors for accuracy • Hazardous certified to handle as well as prepare hazardous document • Prepare billing in timely and accurate fashion
