Daily Duties at Headway Corporate Resources:
• Assisting franchisees in understanding and resolving issues dealing with proprietary tax preparation software, all areas of the Windows XP and Vista operating software, both software and hardware networking elements, printers, and other imperative computing components. • Pinpointing and resolving bookkeeping problems encountered by franchisees as they reconcile their monthly financial statements. • Communicating with franchisees over the telephone, internet, and in person. • Utilizing remote assistance software to expedite troubleshooting sessions. • One of the few technicians selected to assist Canadian franchisees with their proprietary tax preparation software.
