Daily Duties at Goettl Air Conditioning, Incorporated:
Promoted to this position as result of consistent outstanding performances initiating and directing enhancement programs such as: constant improvement (Kaizen), cost reduction, project management, and organization management and as part of a new management team charged to turn around this poorly performing $12 million consumer products manufacturing company-providing products throughout Asia, Middle East, and North America. Accountable and responsible for the management of the P&L for all manufacturing operations – including the management of operating budgets in excess of $8.75 million – and the direction of 130+ union employees. Managed yield improvements, negotiated 6- and 7- figure deals, and oversee capital projects valued up to $3.5 million. Reported to President/CEO.
