Duties: Retrieve information from the medical records, physicians laboratory and raidology reports about the presentation, diagnosis, treatment and follow-p of patients with cancer. This information was interpreterted, documented and coded according to standards set by the American College of Surgeons/Commission on Cancer and the Florida, Cancer Data System. Other duties case identification using the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-9-CM) and the International Classification of Diseases for Oncology (ICD-O), patient care evaluation studies as a result of physician request and annual chart review with physicians.
