Daily Duties at Oxford Health Plan:
• Installed new and existing New Jersey Small Group Accounts in system. • Interfaced with internal and external clients regarding new group memberships. • Inspected and reviewed group contracts for accuracy of information, including GEF forms, Certifications, Master Application and Membership applications. • Rated and risked small group packages, assuring rates agree with OXHP rates schedule. • Faxed “Rate Discrepancy Letters” within 24 hours to Broker/BA for approval. • Completed group installation via pulse; including compilation of commission entry, group contact/broker information, employer data, creation PCS number, Plan Design and benefit riders, tax and SIC Codes and membership applications in system. • Developed a thorough knowledge of Filmmaker and “On Demand Printing” for contract processing. • Provided final review of all Summary of Benefits, Policy PCS amendments and contracts for mailing and issuance to Contract Analyst
