Daily Duties at Mellon Trust:
Provided 24/7 operational and technical support (Helpdesk/Desktop/Administrator/Network) for a Stratus M5(Server)/Net-x gateway multi-city application/telecommunication,hardware/software platform as well as maintaining system upgrades,backup, maintenance schedules and disaster recovery(testing and certification).
