Responsible for management of operations including securing FDIC approved bank approvals, training, profit and loss, budgeting, account payables / receivables and marketing. Authored and maintained Office Policy Manual and coordinated employee relations. • Created and implemented Office Policy Manual for utilization by independent contractors that decreased future audits and claims and increased agent productivity and knowledge. • Initiated, developed and directed the Mortgage Branch of the firm that was FHA compliant, resulting in a doubling of revenue and increased customer satisfaction. • Implemented state-of-the-art bookkeeping, record keeping, filing and personal management system, resulting in streamlined office accounting procedures and significant time savings. • Developed and delivered training program and handbook to enable new real estate agents to quickly acquire real estate transaction skills and methods, leading to the development of efficient and self-directed agents.
