Daily Duties at Mellon Trust:
Performed daily dual (Helpdesk/Desktop/Administrative) and technical duties for 2,500 multi campus multi departmental internal and external corporate user clients and related profile/desktop/network access account support. This included providing 24/7 backup and disaster recovery support of connectivity, user rights, network integrity and remote access of the local Boston Mellon MSMail/Exchange Network based systems i.e. (Novell, Stratus, Microsoft Mail,Exchange, CISCO). • Project Management:Provided principal (Helpdesk//Desktop/Administrative) technical support for Microsoft Mail during the relocation of corporate offices to a new campus. • Project Management: Performed primary (Helpdesk/Desktop/Administrative) software/technical support for the migration from Microsoft Mail network to Exchange Server and related Outlook account migration at the Boston/Everett location. • Project Management: Primary software/technical support for the implementation of multi city multi departmental Y2K updates of the Microsoft Mail network at the Boston/Everett location
