Daily Duties at Warmington Homes:

Supervise and assist in the operation of the Payroll and Human Resources dept., perform training seminars, assist with processing multi-company, semi-monthly payroll for 400+ CA and NV employees, benefits administration, maintain related records, compute wages and deductions, prepare journal entries and other date for inclusion in financial statements. Prepare quarterly/annual payroll projections, job costing, garnishments, prepare reports as assigned by Director or V.P. Finance, and provide problem resolution and interpretation of rules and policies to staff. Serve as liaison between payroll, human resources, and the payroll provider. Enforces internal payroll policies and procedures and external regulatory laws, rules and regulations, I created and implemented a new timekeeping system for the company and streamlined our time off accrual reporting system. Reported to CFO and HR Director.

Payroll Position Within 20 Miles of 90501

I'm looking for a payroll position. My last salary was $55K. I'm currently on a 1 month temporary assignment with Payday Payroll Company in Orange. I over 10 years of experience in both payroll and Human Resources. I've worked in the H.R. and Finance departments.
