Daily Duties at Impaxx, Inc:

Processed weekly & bi-weekly payroll for 700+ employees using Ceridian software. Paid via timesheets and exception reports for 4 states & 7 locations. Processed payroll journal entries through Open Accounts acctng software, benefits administration via CIGNA, reviewed/authorized/paid expense reports, vacation/sick accrual, handled all employee questions, all employee payroll maintenance including new hires and terminations. Journal entries, general ledger, W-2, & 1099 reconciliation.
