Daily Duties at Mellon Trust :

Provided daily (Helpdesk/Desktop/Administrative) account profile and technical desktop/laptop support for 2,500 Everett and One Boston Place Mellon business users. • Performed daily technical support for the various multi campus /departmental: 2,500 desktop/laptop, network and remote/wireless access application users of Microsoft: Windows, Exchange Server , Outlook client, Office 2003, PCCOM, FTP,SQL, NT4 2K XP office and associated: VPN, Ghost , PDA, print , graphic, database and file access applications. • Project Management: Participated and supervised aspects of “Total Cost of Ownership” Project involving departmental migration from a Novell network platform to Windows 2000 Active Directory and related desktop hardware and application software upgrades. • Project Management:Maintained multi departmental cross campus logistical PC/equipment inventory of new and retired equipment involving the receiving, inventory control, deployment and disposal.
