Supervise 4 payroll analysts, lead in 4 month East coast payroll conversion project from PeopleSoft to ProBusiness for 15,000 employees. Handled the payroll processing for company operated facilities for over 10,000 employees. Includes but is not limited to, new hires, terminations and adjustments, process vacation and sick pay for leave of absences for the facilities’ hourly and salaried employees, process stop payments and reversals, process direct deposit authorization forms, process and approve manual checks daily, bi-weekly audits of facilities payroll processes, assist in bi-weekly mailings, in state/local and payroll audits.
