Daily Duties at Scs Engineers:

Process multi-state semi-monthly payroll for 560 employees in 15 locations using Ceridian software and Deltek timekeeping/accounting system, supervise 2 employees, semi-monthly process of city/county prevailing wage and certified payroll reporting, enter all deductions, maintain vacation/sick balances & accruals, process manual checks, special payments, adjustments, reversals, stop pays, direct deposits, tax compliance, wage assignments/attachments, and responsible for the creation and distribution of management reports, participate in annual ESOP & 401K audits. Training and continuity issues with both onsite and offsite payroll/HR personnel and others responsible for accurate processing.
