Daily Duties at Moffatt & Nichol Engineers:
Process multi-state payroll for 450 employees in 15 locations, including Canada and the United Kingdom, using ADP software. Used Deltek for timekeeping, timesheet posting and adjustments. I handled all garnishments, maintained PTO balances and accruals, process manual checks, terms, direct deposit, tax compliance, 401k distribution with John Hancock, entered deductions, work-site reporting, etal.
