Daily Duties at Northwewst Airlines:
. I was responsible for all operational areas of the Saipan Station. In this capacity I handled and coordinated all operational areas of the Saipan Office. I had to plan and budget accordingly as to staffing and day to day operational needs. I coordinated and negotiated all contracts for Northwest such as grounding handling, customer service, reservations, security, and marketing. Maintained proper communication with our head office in Minneapolis and Narita. I enforced compliance with the FAA and company policies and procedures, as local airport authorities. I was the first woman Manager for Northwest Airlines for the Pacific Division and became No. 1 in the region for Customer Service and On-Time Performance and was awarded a plague. I was also the first woman to be the Chairperson for the Airport Operators Association
