I was responsible for the management of the Gucci Boutique. Including supervision of a staff of (16) which includes training, scheduling, time-keeping, evaluation for all employees up to and including disciplinary actions. Provided support to staff to ensure sales goals were met, and provided displays of merchandise, track items keys and best sellers to be sure that stock was on hand. Maintain cash security, build employee moral by encouraging employees to make decisions to provide better customer service and reward then when goals were exceeded. I also provided monthly financial statements.
