I was responsible for all administrative operation of the day-to-day operation. I handled all of the Senator’s calendar appointments. I received clients, screen all calls and assign office personnel to handle client’s needs. I was responsible for all of the accounting functions to include time-keeping. Coordinated all appointments for the Senator up to and including representation when requested. I attended Board Meeting on behalf of the Senator. I interacted with other government agencies and other senatorial offices for scheduling.
