Daily Duties at Office Of The Attorney Generalof Guam:

Formulate administrative and operational policies and procedures, reviews and evaluate program process and progress; interprets administrative policies and procedures and other guidelines governing management services. I coordinated the technical administration of management services with Personnel Office, Budget Office, Procurement Office and other agencies involved in the activities of the department. Prepare correspondence and reports concerning the administrative operations or related matters and in securing and administrating federal grants; assures compliance with local and federal requirements and program guidelines. Handle all disciplinary actions in accordance with the Civil Service Commission Laws. Prepares the Budget for each fiscal year and insuring that we are properly budgeted in all areas of the department.
