Performed daily technical Information Security (Helpdesk/Desktop/Administrative) support/analysis for multi business/ multi-city ; 50,000 server / 25,000 employee internal/ external Mellon Corporate distributed/mainframe business clients/managers with administrative RSA Secure ID support, Mainframe ACL verification support, WAN/LAN Firewall(logs) monitoring and problem escalation/research support ; AntiVirus( server/pc patch schedule remediation); Network attached modem certification monitoring, remediation testing and database integrity cataloging. • Provided daily,weekly,monthly and yearly multi business, multi city , multi departmental confidential reports using a variety of Information Security software packages as applied to Bank of New York Mellon Corporation infrastructure distributed/mainframe (hardware/software)via (IBM,Microsoft,CISCO)architectural schemas i.e. Bindview/Active Directory, Telesweep, Netscreen and Mind database software. • Project Management: worked with multi business, multi city,multi departmental internal/external clients to establish dialogue, cooperation and compliance related to information security standards, policies and procedures as regulated by Comptroller of the Currency and PCI,HIPPA, Sarbanes-Oxley and FISMA guidelines.
