Daily operation of team, assuring scheduling of home visits, supervision and management of nurses and home health aides. Joint visits. Yearly evaluations. Lead Team and Case Conferences. Interview, Hire and Orient New Staff. Disciplinary Action and follow up action plans including termination of employment. Team building and education including use of new McKesson Homecare System.
