Daily Duties at Principal Financial Group, Inc.:
Integral member of the demutualization team tasked with preparing and transforming a mutual organization to a publicly traded stock company (market capitalization of about $16+ billion). Participated in all facets of IPO including the creation of financial reporting structure, due diligence materials, offering memorandum, NYSE listing, stock specialist selection and road show. Subsequent to IPO, was responsible for implementation of proactive IR program. Also, was charged with oversight of relationships with credit rating agencies. Reported to CFO with dotted line to CEO and other EVPs.
