Running the Computer Room for Visiting Nurses. This entailed printing all reports, maintaining all hardware, completed many data entry programs on a timely basis. Scheduling all backups, restores, maintenance on all equipment throughout the Agency. Troubleshooting all hardware and software problems. Did Billing for Support Services,Inc.(Subsidiary of the VNA of Providence). This included all entry of patients, employees and time sheets on a weekly basis. Had to run and print all bills, make sure they were correct, and then deliver them. Kept up on all computer supplies, which included ordering them when needed. Helped out in all departments whenever needed. I basically ran the entire computer room for the Visiting Nurses of Providence.
