Daily Duties at Registrat, Inc.:
As lead CRA and Assistant Project Manager John facilitated start up of Phase IV Registry for the study of patient compliance and prescribing aspects for Schedule II long term pain medication: • Created list of nation’s top prescribers of Schedule II long term pain meds as included on Schedule II FDA list • Conducted contract and budget negotiations with licensing data research firm to cross reference (+10,000) licensee names over a multi-state search to identify exclusionary prescribing practices; physicians with debarments, FDA warnings/prohibitions and pending FDA reviews were excluded from recruitment • Created regionalized site location graph and assigned CRA to each region • Conducted site recruitment and training seminars based on region • Collaborated with biostatisticians in development of Case Report Form • Coordinated budget of study materials/assembled/shipped site study binders • Authored/implemented Phase IV “Monitoring Visit Plan” for each region • Coordinated with IT department establishing a study dedicated website for eCRF access, FAQs, site news reports, and enabled site progress reporting to investors *AS of April 2008, the website was fully supporting eCRFs, as well as, FAQs site related comments, needs & performance tracking of ~5,000 registry sites
