Manage all private duty cases for adults and pediatrics. Scheduling all staff for all cases. interview, hire, orientation of nee Hires. Organizes yearly skills Fair for skills of nurses. Interface with Tenncare case managers, start of care of all cases, recertification of all case, work with families and patients to make sure they receive the highest of professional care at all times. Yearly evaluations.
