Daily Duties at Agusta Westland Helicopter Company:
• Forecast aircraft part based on sales, usage, and projected growth of fleet business. • Manage Critical Short Report for all aircraft such as A119 Power AW139, A109C, E and A109 "S Grand”. • Use SAP software to differentiate between assets verses requirement, view purchase agreements, shipments and (BOM) Bill of Materials. • Issue purchase requisition for raw materials, spare parts, system components, avionics and repair/warranty services. • Monitor inventory replenishment report on weekly/monthly basis. • Interpret and fulfill all mandatory/optional technical bulletins to support aircrafts in fleet and customer support team “aircraft on ground”. • Travel to Augusta Westland Italy on a quarterly basis to forecast and negotiate parts delivery.
