Daily Duties at Mire Co, Llc (Dba Smoothie King):

I was hired to assist in all aspects of the generation of this store. I also either completed or assisted with bids, build out, ordering initial goods and retail inventory, purchasing all hardware and smallwares for the store, team member selection and ongoing training. My position also required me to develop a Business and Marketing Plan. This position has given me the experience to develop and put into place a Policies and Procedures Guideline which has proven to be very effective. I was also required to attend a 10 day Health & Fitness Management and Operations Training including Vitamin, Mineral & Herbal Supplements, Retail Supplement Sales, Cross Selling of Smoothies to Supplements, all aspects of Smoothie Bar Maintenance and Operations. In addition to the previously listed qualifications, my responsibilities included:  Hiring, retention and firing of all team members  Weekly scheduling of team members  Developing and maintaining a lucrative school catering program  Training team members on all aspects of customer service, smoothie bar and retail sales, cross selling supplements and Enhancers  Inventory control of smoothie goods and retail goods  Account Receivable and Accounts Payable
