Daily Duties at Lane Regional Medical Center / Scale Down:

Program Director Responsibilities included:  Conduct preparation and delivery of weekly behavioral groups to coach patients on making lifestyle health changes using an empirical, data-driven approach. Also teach patients the supporting content of the HMR behavioral program. Different types of patient groups include: Weight-Loss Core Curriculum, Ongoing Weight Loss, Maintenance, ReStart, HMR at Home, and any other special interest groups as needed  Presents program Orientations to give an overview of the HMR Program for prospective new patients  Promotes quality patient care  Keep individual and group summary data on all active patients  Follow up with current patients which involves both telephone calls and periodic individual and group meetings  Attend national HMR training to stay current with the latest treatment methodologies  Conduct weekly staff meetings to discuss administrative and patient care issues  Coordinate collection and validation of clinic data  Conduct presentations of the program to the community Administrative Responsibilities included:  Monitor billing / collections / accounts receivable  Order and inventory Meal Replacements weekly  Orient new staff  Complete employee evaluations Marketing Responsibilities included:  Develop 3 month marketing plan for each quarter of year  Develop and maintain mailing list  Coordinate with hospital Marketing Department for ad placement in local publications  Coordinate pre and post Orientation follow-up  Cross training staff on all aspects of HMR model  Create and maintain marketing and operations data  Create and maintain Year-at-a-Glance data
