Daily Duties at Advance America:
Responsible for staffing and opening 23 new branches including training, payroll, budget, planning, recruiting, employee and customer relations, profit and loss controls, and various other tasks. Responsible for managing and staffing 23 branch operations in the San Bernardino Region. Developed and conducted training programs for all new sales representatives and customer service agents. Managed payroll/budgets. Each branch averaged $25,200 in revenue per month. Ten of twenty-three branches ranked among the top grossing for the corporation.
