Microbase Software was purchased by Marketing Resources Plus in December 1988. Provided general accounting for the company, worked with accountants for final financial reports. As assistant to the president I complied reports and financial analysis to determine the possible cost and profitability of new products and services. Sent monthly billing and statements to approximately 1400 clients, managed Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Budget, Profit and Loss, Collections, Payroll Administration and Benefits Administration Negotiation with vendors. Purchased of all office supplied, furniture and equipment. Analytical Analysis of Financials and Expense Management/Containment in Cost and Accrual Settings in manual and computerized systems Accomplishments: • Modification of procedures resulted in improved employee satisfaction and better efficiency • Combined all administrative functions under one area, improving office procedures and client relations
