Daily Duties at New Horizon Child Development Center:
Chiefly responsible for the daily operation of and managed entire child development center including: permanent/part-time/temporary/substitute staff, vendors, parents and other vaied personnel; delegated and assisted with overview of all administrative tasks such as but not limited to: tuition billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, budgeting, supply ordering, enrollment packages, newsletters, press releases and coverage, brochure development, public relations, flyers and other varued tasks; oversight of all human resources/personnel tasks including but not limited to: all phases of staffing/staff training/individual staff development plans/employee benefit package, performance reviews and staff evaluations; provided workshop training; Quarterly report to Board of Directors.
