Daily Duties at Kostopoulos & Associates, Pllc:
Responsible for all post confirmation Chapter 13 cases. Managed approximately 350 cases. Responsible for all Chapter 13 Plan modifications, fee applications, motions to dismiss, etc. Maintain contact with all clients for submission of documentation to the Chapter 13 Trustee. Responsible for all Chapter 13 to Chapter 7 conversions. Also handle initial interview with prospective clients for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Attend 341 hearings for Chapter 7 cases.
