Daily Duties at Eric Chandler Merchandising:
Responsible for All Olympic venue merchandise distribution operations during the 1996 Summer -Games in Atlanta, Georgia. Exclusive contractor for venue merchandise sales. Total responsibility for warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving and shipping functions. Managed a staff of 75 persons in a round the clock, time sensitive distribution environment. Maintained a min-max re-order system for venue operations. Fulfilled 50 million dollars in officially licensed merchandise during the games and processed 15 million dollars in merchandise returns of vendor consigned products. Maintained a perpetual inventory control reporting system, allowing all consigned merchandise inventory levels to be accurately reported to all vendors.
