Daily Duties at National Fulfillment, Inc:
Company Board of Directors. Manager of the day to day operations of this leading 3rd Party Logistics & Fulfillment company. Responsible for three facilities, totaling 345,000 square feet. Two distribution centers in Tennessee and one in Southern California. Accountable for a combined staff of 125+. Additional responsibilities included security, OSHA / HAZMAT compliance and facilities maintenance. Developed benchmarks for efficiency in pick & pack, quality and quantity output in a fast paced cross-dock environment. Negotiated and worked closely with most major freight carriers, small parcel carriers and freight consolidation vendors. This facility was a beta test for Airbourne@home small parcel program. Negotiated temporary employment services for all three facilities. Over-all P&L responsibility for each facility. 9 years straight of exceeding budget goals. Developed methods of analyzing freight costs, labor costs and return on investment. Creation and developed Inventory control software, and applications. Extensive background in Direct Response Fulfillment, Catalog, Mail Order, E-commerce and Retail distribution with E.D.I. Experience in managing 3rd party vendor relationships.
