Direct and support management teams, maintaining a work environment which provides for the safety of employees and the security of merchandise.  Lead, direct and coordinate all activities for operating and managing third party vendor facilities.  Forecast and manage annual budgets while increasing the distribution center’s efficiency and production within set guidelines, benchmarks and quality standards.  Direct 9 Managers & 65 warehouse persons.  Manage all year-end physical inventory audits and reconciliations.  Manage U.S.P.S. relations, all C.A.P.S. Accounting and mail operations inbound and outbound..
