Prepare feasibility studies, program book and define the “product “with my team. Prepare total “real estate project budget “and cash flow projections. Manage consultants for project (architectural design, quantity surveyor for BOQ, equipment and others) .Prepare tender documents (detailed drawings, specifications and BOQ,s) and manage tendering process with Construction Managers. Evaluate tenders; negotiate prices, award and sign contracts with Construction Managers. Transmit architectural design drawings to Arch & Planning office for approval. Verify cost control and changes against work progress before signing monthly interim statement. Supervise preparation of specifications, quality control and handing –over. Obtain occupancy permits and certificate of completion. Supervise advertising and marketing strategy, identification of prospects, sales and after sales. Re-actualize budgets & cash flow projections and assure reporting
