Daily Duties at Nelson & Associates:
Determine space rental according to BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) Standards using AutoCad 2005 by: • Maintaining CAFM (Cad Aide Facilities Management) systems and various requests for space, reports, and architectural changes. • Working in depth with clients to accomplish specific goals and deadlines. • Provide planning for facility construction and related projects and assign those areas to cost center numbers according to the plan provided by Liberty Mutual. • Creating and inputting new sites in the CAFM system upon client request.
