Daily Duties at Central Parking Systems:

Responsible for the implementation, planning and support of HR programs for multi state groups. Works with business leaders as a partner to determine HR implications of their business strategies. Lead strategic workforce planning as well as talent acquisition, development, retention and utilization. A contributor to the strategy for talent acquisition, professional development and training, and provide counsel on organizational and inventive design.  Responsible for the implementation, planning and support of HR programs for multi state in a sales and operationally driven organization  Oversee and provide mandatory training, government-mandated training, management and general employee training.  Partner with executive management to grow the business through innovative human-resources management.  Lead the employee development process, identify needs and develop and implement tools and programs, leveraging corporate programs as applicable. Assist business heads in the development and implementation of the Talent and Leadership Review  Oversee and conduct formal investigations on matters involving employees’ claim of wrongful termination, ethics, harassment, discrimination, etc. Represent company at hearings/mediations and oversee and implement HR audits
