'Prepared Annual Product Reviews compiling and reviewing all manufacturing procedures and product specifications to evaluate process capability (SPC) and expedite continuous process improvement using relevant quality tools. Managed the production of 200 Annual Product Reviews/Complaints per year using statistical software to capture and report trends to inform management. 'Proficient at MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, LIMS, SAS JMPDiscovery, Minitab and SPSS Sigma Plot.
