managed the day to day field operations of developping finished residential lots. Supervised site contractors and worked with county and state officials, inspectors, engineers and architects. Developed and managed budgets, RFP's, negotiate and issue contracts, developed costs estimates for upper management, billing authorization, managed and enforced all safety and environmental compliance. Aquired county and state permits. Obtained all bond release funds for responsible projects. Managed the construction off all amenities including but not limited to tunnels, bridge cossings, waste water pumping stations, well houses, retaining walls, ball fields, park setting, walk/bike trails, wetland mitigation, tree reforestation, entry features, state and county roads.
