Worked in an Emergency Customer Service Call Center as a Customer Service Representative because of Hurricane Fay. This was located at the Computer Science Corporation (CSC) in Blythewood, SC. Used AS400 software and a personal computer to accept calls from policyholders and assisted them by completing claim forms regarding damages to their homes and/or real estate because of the hurricane. Referred claim forms to appropriate individuals after entering the data into the computer system.
