Daily Duties at Applied Engineering Management:

• Managed Recruiter Leasing Program for Department of the Navy and Army Corps of Engineers to ensure Navy personnel were in or could obtain affordable housing according to military guidelines within Navy Facilities Command (NAVFAC). • Managed Navy Flag Housing database with analysis of expenditures and conducted a review of cost estimates on construction projects. • Provides liaison functions within and outside the office; the representation of work at varying levels of government and commercial sectors. • Performed analysis on a variety of housing contracts and invoices; organized data across accounts using automated financial systems and spreadsheets; also responsible for accurately conducting daily cost estimate reviews. • Formulates the out-year resource requirements spanning six fiscal years for the POM for the HQ Directorates for the Recruiter Leasing Program. • Analyzed six-year maintenance plans for continued compliance within Congressional thresholds and developed five-year forecasting budgets supporting assigned programs. • Assisted the Program Manager with the Private Prioritization Venture and the Family Housing Unit programs on various tasks, as needed.
