Daily Duties at Kadix Systems:
Contracts • Completed contract Briefs for Prime Contracts, which entails extensive search of the all related prime contracts to confirm Agency, charge numbers, contract/modification, project description, points of contact, statement of work and funding breakouts. • Completed subcontract Briefs for Subcontractors, which involves a thorough detail search of all related subcontract files to confirm contract certification reporting, online certifications and representations, excluded party listing search, and funding breakouts. • Confirmed and validated Prime Contracts for Contract or Modified Ceiling Funding vs. Awarded Funding. • Assisted in the creation of documentation of all Contract Funding and Modifications for Base Awards, Task Orders, Delivery Orders and Work Orders. Accounts Payable * Manages the accounts payable function within the organization to include the review and processing of invoices and expense reports for accuracy and completeness. In addition, the processing, coding and posting of transactions to Procas for the development of necessary reports concerning journal and ledger entries, accounts payable accounting reports and other pertinent records/documentation. Worked closely with payroll and accounts receivable to ensure the completeness of all transactions and employees and vendor needs were being satisfied.
