l Performed financial statements key ratios analysis, SWOT analysis, and real estate management analysis l Responsible for records and database management, including internal/external reporting, property summaries, database management and maintenance of leased/owned property files l Provided portfolio analysis and document management by preparing and tracking property documents, as well as property administration in the form of rental payments, operating expenses and reconciliations
