Responsible for the paint, injection molding and associated assemblies. Developed operation standards, implemented cost reductions, selected equipment, and performed quality evaluations. • Evaluated and recommended procurement of injection molding machine to prepare for a new automotive product line. • Interfaced with PPAP & Process FMEA teams complying with customer’s Six Sigma requirements on injection molded or painted parts. • Assessed 6 existing processes and suggested improvements to increase quality output. • Evaluated on a weekly basis customers’ final assembly for quality defects to improve process capability.
