Daily Duties at Itw :
Selected or created test procedures for evaluating next generation slicer designs that focused on hardware and software product development that fulfilled customer expectations, engineering specifications, and marketing requirements. • Designed and implemented 20 testing programs that verified the quality assurance created by engineering designs. • Analyzed corporate service’s initial 20 day service reports for infant failure and slicer warranty reports to determine quality issues and communicate findings for continuous improvement. • Conducted next generation slicers’ Field Trial program and communicated findings that resulted in design modifications. • Created quality audit sheet due to a 25% market share loss which increased the final product’s quality level, thus improving customer satisfaction and competitive advantage. • Interfaced with UL and NSF organizations on slicer quality issues to retain certifications that prevented market erosion.
