Daily Duties at Fed Ex Services:
Responsible for Customer Service, Claims, eClaims and Data Warehouse projects simultaneously. Provided team leadership and program management for IT projects ranging from $10K to $8M. Directed and mentored diverse team of 12 though all phases of the SDLC. Oversaw organizational change management and risk management functions. Forecasted schedule, budget, and resource plans and monitored variances for appropriate corrective action. Worked across multiple user groups to achieve appropriate prioritization and communicated to all levels of management in varied formats.
